Why should Lee Haidusek Chambers be
the next Liberty County Clerk?
The County Clerk must adhere to the laws which govern the office, particularly with regard to the election process. A fundamental knowledge of the law, and the ability to read and interpret the law, is an important asset to a County Clerk. Of course, a working knowledge of computers and their function in the storage and maintenance of vital county records is equally important. Lee's education and experience make her uniquely qualified to handle these issues. Her background in engineering and computers, as well as her experience with how government utilizes computers, brings a knowledge of the complex computer world to the job. In addition, as a licensed attorney in the State of Texas with extensive experience researching and interpreting the law, Lee brings an appropriate respect for the law and its oversight of this office's vital functions. Finally, as an experienced advocate of the law, Lee brings a passion, as well as an integrity, to this essential service of keeping Liberty County's most vital records secure while allowing ease of access when required. However, it is her commitment to service that truly raises the bar and makes her the most qualified candidate for the job.
